Speech-Language Pathologist Position in Connecticut

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services to Kindergarten to 2nd-grade students in a school district near Bethel, CT.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Individualized Education Program (IEP) services to students in grades K-2.
- Attend Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
- Participate in collaborative meetings with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Collect and analyze data on student goals and objectives to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for testing and annual reviews to ensure accurate documentation of student progress.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Connecticut SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start date.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting, to provide effective support and guidance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
