Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests through a welcoming and helpful demeanor.
  • Attract new clients by promoting membership options and referral programs.
  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and shared spaces.

Qualifications:
  • Must comply with state licensing regulations.
  • Must possess liability insurance.
  • Effective communication skills with clients, management, and colleagues are essential.
  • Proficiency in Swedish Massage is required.
  • Familiarity with additional modalities (such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) is preferred but not mandatory, as Hand & Stone offers training in all modalities.
  • A genuine understanding and belief in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
