Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDS Coordinator to join our team at Brownsburg Care Center. As a key member of our clinical department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of RAI and care management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate information systems operations for the clinical department
  • Assess resident needs and provide interdisciplinary schedule for assessments
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a licensed vocational program
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare PPS process and Medicaid reimbursement
