Job Overview

The Construction Foreman will play a critical role in leading and maintaining the operation of their assigned crew. This position requires a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and communication to crew members
  • Implement and perform steps to complete jobs in a timely manner
  • Perform duties of operator and/or laborer
  • Ability to operate all construction equipment
  • Set daily production goals
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs and monitor safety processes
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date DOT documentation
  • Conduct weekly toolbox talks
  • Load, unload, tie-down, and secure tools, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain and submit required reporting
  • Set up safety perimeters using signage, cones, and safety barriers
