- Store Operations: Assist with receiving, pricing, displaying, cleaning, and maintaining inventory throughout the store.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train Sales Associates to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Store Management: Assist with opening and closing the store, and serve as a point person for processes and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Assist sales associates with customer service issues, such as dissatisfied customers, returns, and defective merchandise.
- Retail Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Jewelry Knowledge: Knowledge of fine jewelry and gifts, with the ability to sell and promote Catbird's products.
