Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver/construction helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As a driver/construction helper, you will be responsible for driving crews to job sites safely and assisting with tasks such as unloading material, setting up jobsites, and maintaining cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive crews to job sites safely and on time
  • Unload material at each job site
  • Assist in setting up jobsites by unloading material, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum age 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • Clear post-offer drug screen
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed
What We Offer:

At TopBuild, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
