Position Overview:

This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment at the Livingston Fertilizer Plant.

Compensation:
$31.55 per hour

Additional compensation is available for specific hours worked:
- $1.00 per hour for shifts between 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM.
- $2.00 per hour for shifts between 12:00 AM and 4:59 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute, document, and prioritize daily maintenance and preventative servicing for plant machinery and rolling stock.
2. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance, safety, and environmental concerns.
3. Diagnose and rectify equipment failures in both plant machinery and rolling stock.
4. Modify burner and dryer controls to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
5. Fabricate necessary components for repairs and modifications as required.
6. Maintain cleanliness in the workshop and oversee project clean-up activities.
7. Fulfill the responsibilities of Plant Operator and Loader as necessary.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of operational excellence at Foster Farms.
