Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk / Guest Services Agent to join our team at Savannah Lakes RV Resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process for all guests.
  • Exemplify exceptional hospitality standards, making each guest feel welcome and appreciated.
  • Answer telephones, book reservations, and assist with existing reservations, including booking stays at other communities in our portfolio.
  • Provide concierge services, including resort store purchases, personal planning, and activities upgrades.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and restocking resort store fixtures.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
