Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at a leading Automotive Manufacturing facility in Homer, MI.

Shift: 3rd Shift, 7:00pm – 7:00am, Friday-Sunday

Compensation: Starting wage $21.93/hour, with a $30 gas card sign-on bonus and shift premium

Job Type: Full-time, temporary to permanent position

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and sustain Autonomous Maintenance and 5S programs at the cell/line/work area of operation
  • Report and enforce safety, AM, and 5S standards
  • Complete and maintain production and quality records
  • Perform and adhere to all called-out quality inspections
  • Ensure correct gauges are available, operational, and used as required
  • Read, understand, and interpret gauge results
  • Understand and interpret basic blueprint reading
  • Comply with safety and environmental standards of the line
Requirements
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to problem-solve basic and frequent technical issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required upon hire
  • Ability to meet background requirements
