Geomatics Professional

We are a full service company in the Upper Marlboro, MD area with over 60 years of experience. Our team is seeking a skilled and motivated Geomatics Professional to join our staff.

As a Geomatics Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including public and private sector initiatives, real estate development, and land surveys.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, and proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required. A degree in surveying or a related field is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include performing boundary, ALTA, easement, deed, and title reviews, preparing computations packages for field crews, and reviewing drafting work performed by Draftsmen.

You will also assist with estimated prices for survey projects, collaborate with project team members, and interface with clients as needed.
