Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring their comfort and providing education throughout treatment.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient health history to deliver quality care.
- Provide superior assistance to hygienists during various procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts.
- Prepare treatment rooms, adhering to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC recommendations.
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record-keeping.
- Partner with providers and team members to optimize office workflow.
- On-the-job training and additional certification may be required based on state requirements.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Radiology Certification in the state of MD or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
