Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Banker

CRD Careers is partnering with a leading banking institution to find talented Client Solutions Specialists. This role is crucial in connecting clients with financial solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing customized solutions.
  • Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
  • Identify client needs for specialist sales functions and refer to partners (Merrill, Lending, and Small Business).
  • Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
  • Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction using available tools.
