Travel Nurse RN

We are seeking a skilled Tele RN to join our team at UM Charles Regional Medical Center. As a Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:This is a 12-hour night shift position, working from 7pm to 7:30am. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Med-Surg and Tele nursing, with a strong background in critical care. Travel experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those with low dose Cardizem, heparin, and dopamine.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in purposeful rounding and use of whiteboards to communicate patient information.
- Float to other units within the hospital as needed, with travelers being the first to float.
- Use Epic EMR and other hospital systems to document patient information.
- Active MD/Compact license in the state of Maryland.
- 2 years of experience in Med-Surg and Tele nursing.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- NIHSS certification required before starting.
- COVID vaccine required, with medical declination accepted.
