Job Overview

Soliant is dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment where students can thrive. We are currently working with a school district in the southeastern United States that is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).


About the Position

This Full-time Contract Position involves working 3 days per week on-site and 1 day per week virtually. The caseload is centered around high school students, providing opportunities for experienced SLPs to make a meaningful impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both one-on-one and in small groups, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities.
  • Educate and support parents on strategies to enhance their child's communication development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the development of educational plans.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in Florida and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) are preferred.
  • Prior school-based experience is highly valued, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on national averages for Speech-Language Pathologists in the United States.
