Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Primrose School of Schertz. As a Preschool Teacher Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule
  • Assess each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
  • Provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development of each child

**Salary:** $27,000 - $33,000 per year, based on experience and education

Requirements
  • Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency
  • Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
