**Job Summary:** Terrelonge Staffing is seeking an experienced Chief Inspector to oversee the inspection of aerospace parts in Euless, Texas. As a Quality Assurance Director, you will ensure that all components meet FAA and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect Aerospace Parts: Oversee and manage the inspection process to guarantee compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Lead Quality Assurance Team: Train, supervise, and evaluate a team of inspectors to maintain high-quality inspection standards.
  • Develop Quality Processes: Create and implement quality assurance and inspection processes to ensure product integrity.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Audit and Improve: Conduct regular audits and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection practices and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • A&P Certification: Required for this role, with proven experience in airframe and powerplant inspections.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of inspection experience in the aerospace industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead inspector capacity.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FAA regulations, aerospace quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail to ensure that parts meet strict safety and quality standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of inspectors to meet organizational goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in inspection tools, techniques, and quality assurance software; familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and communicate findings effectively.
