Lerch Bates is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in building envelope consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, building enclosures, and commercial roof systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site investigations and field reviews of existing buildings to identify damage or defects.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations of findings to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine appropriate next steps following evaluations.
  • Develop proposals, scope of services, and budgets for projects.
  • Provide technical review and mentorship to specialists, engineers, and technicians.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (Civil, Structural, Construction) or Architecture.
  • 8-10 years of experience in forensics, rehabilitation, or building envelope consulting.
  • Previous experience managing, mentoring, and leading teams.
  • Technical competency and ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
