We are seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated and collaborative team at our North Coast clinic in Seaside, Oregon.

Our practice offers a patient-centered medical home model, Epic EMR, and has easy access to Providence Seaside Hospital.

We have a patient-centered medical home model, with co-located providers, MAs, and patient relations specialists.
