Current Opening: Solutions Consultant
Become a vital member of our team, contributing to growth and providing outstanding customer experiences for our small business clientele.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer needs and engage directly in sales discussions through calls and webinars.
- Craft detailed and inventive use cases tailored for potential Nextiva clients.
- Demonstrate the Nextiva solution in alignment with customer-specified requirements.
- Analyze quotes, RFPs, business proposals, and other customer documents to formulate effective responses or proposals.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the industry landscape and competitors to serve as a valuable resource for customers and sales teams.
- Engage in collaborative efforts regarding custom requests and professional services for unique customer needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with vendors, keeping abreast of new developments and sharing insights with your team.
- Provide technical support to various departments, including Product Management, Marketing, and People Development.
- Ensure the proposed solutions meet customer needs through demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) or trial implementations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CCaaS.
- At least 2 years in a Sales or Solutions Engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with sales processes, strategies, and solution selling.
- Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with sales teams, partners, vendors, prospects, and clients.
- Ability to create, present, and document technical solutions effectively.
- Exceptional presentation capabilities.
- Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, Customer Relationship Management Software, Data Warehousing Software, Artificial Intelligence, and their applications.
- Skilled in crafting persuasive proposals and documentation, including solution diagrams.
- Able to fulfill job responsibilities with minimal oversight.
- Capacity to apply solutions, technology, and products to business opportunities.
