We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Spokane, WA.

Salary Range: $40 - $50 per hour

About the Role:

As a Homecare Nurse with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, utilizing the nursing process to ensure effective and efficient care delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancing their overall well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting their effectiveness in collaboration with healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide education and support, promoting patient empowerment and self-care.
  • Document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate, as required by facility or state regulation.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as specified by facility or state regulation.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
