Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in the Neurology department, adhering to State Board of Nursing Practice Act, American Nursing Association Code of Ethics, and standards of practice and professional performance.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, promoting seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient care.
- Assume responsibility for delegating and evaluating patient care rendered by LPNs, technicians, medical receptionists, and other staff members.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN or eNLC license with the Georgia Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
