Cafe Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Attendant to join our team at the Inn at Bay Harbor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving coffee-related beverages and assorted snack foods.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Customer Service: Describe menu items to customers, suggest products that might appeal to them, and provide excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Payment Processing: Receive and process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.

• Customer Service Experience: Prior guest service and money handling experience is preferred.
• Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
