Paralegal Specialist

• Support two attorneys with the discovery process, medical summaries, and billing summaries.
• Prepare for depositions and trials, including organizing and analyzing evidence.
• Work independently and effectively communicate with team members and clients.
• Prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injury.
• Familiarity with court rules and procedures.
• Strong software and technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
