We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our team at Omega Enterprises. As an HSE Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HSE concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Completed technical education with several years of professional experience in HSE.
- Training as a specialist for occupational safety and/or as a safety and health coordinator with a willingness to further educate.
- Additional qualifications in fire protection, plant and machinery safety, and working in contaminated areas (TRGS 5).
