Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team in Milledgeville. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for assessing client health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and administering nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients.

About the Role

* Estimated salary: $75,000 per year, based on education and experience

* Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse AND Two years of professional nursing experience

2. Ability to work in the U.S. and pass a pre-employment background check and post-hire federal background investigation

3. Eligible for Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program

4. Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Key Responsibilities

* Assess client health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients

* Provide health care, first aid, immunizations, and assistance in convalescence and rehabilitation

* Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care plans

* Maintain accurate, detailed reports and client records, and modify treatment plans as indicated by client responses and conditions
