Job Description

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, document, and test/debug various materials, components, and finished goods. You will represent design authority throughout the product life cycle, support core growth through product sustainment projects, and prioritize projects based on strategic fit, importance, urgency, resource, and budget.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • 1+ years' work experience in engineering with a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes, manufacturing principles, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (MS Office).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
What We Offer

Pall Corporation offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. The salary range for this role is $59,000 - $80,000, and the position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
