  • Design and sustain financial models to evaluate operational performance, including but not limited to cost assessments, budgeting, forecasting, and variance evaluations.
  • Engage with operations teams to pinpoint improvement opportunities and execute strategies to enhance financial performance.
  • Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover trends, risks, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of operational budgets and forecasts.
  • Offer financial insights and assistance to operational teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Conduct routine assessments of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to boost cost-effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote process enhancements and standardization initiatives.
  • Compile and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, emphasizing critical findings and recommendations.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory shifts that may influence financial performance.
  • Support special project assignments, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and provide ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline;
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Robust understanding of financial principles, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven capability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and influence others.
