Role Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Health Aide at CREOKS Health Services, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized plans of success for youth and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Advocate for youth within the agency setting and with external organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6-35 months of behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Specialized training and/or certification in mental health services or related field is necessary for billable services.
  • Module 1, CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens, and First Aid training must be completed before working with children and families.
  • Ability to communicate needs effectively and establish working relationships with clinical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Strict confidentiality guidelines must be maintained when interacting with client information.
  • Must possess a current Oklahoma Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicap accessible equipped residences.
