This position requires the ability to operate MRI equipment, conduct scans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Patient Care and Preparation
    • Review patient histories and conduct screenings to ensure accurate diagnoses
    • Prepare contrast dyes and ensure patient comfort during scans
  • MRI Equipment Maintenance and Operation
    • Inspect MRI equipment and schedule maintenance to ensure optimal performance
    • Position patients for scans as directed by physicians


Requirements

  • Education and Certification
    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
    • Active license in Radiologic Technology in the state of practice
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
