Job Summary:
We're seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse for our Special Care Nursery at Compunnel to deliver top-notch care for premature and critically ill neonates. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for closely monitoring the health of newborns in critical care and performing various medical procedures to ensure their stability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Continuously assess the condition of premature and critically ill neonates, ensuring vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall health are stable.
  • Administer medications, fluids, and nutrition through IV lines, feeding tubes, or other specialized methods.
  • Perform life-saving procedures such as resuscitation, intubation, and ventilation when necessary.
  • Operate and maintain specialized NICU equipment, including ventilators, incubators, and monitors.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care for newborns.
  • Diligently document patient information accurately and timely in the medical records system.
  • Educate and provide emotional support to families and caregivers of neonates.
Required Qualifications:
  • Holding a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) or special care nursery is required.
  • Proficiency in neonatal assessment and resuscitation techniques is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) is highly desirable.
  • Additional certifications in neonatal care or NICU nursing are also beneficial.
Certifications:
  • Achieving certification in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is crucial.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is obligatory; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
Compensation: This role comes with a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
