Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Lead to specialize in system integration with Facets and Informatica. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ETL processes, MicroStrategy, and Data Warehousing solutions, with a strong background in the Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions with a focus on Informatica solutions with Facets.
  • Lead ETL processes development involving migrations and synchronization between Facets SQL/Oracle and Informatica.
  • Understand and work with claims, eligibility, and billing modules from FACETS.
  • Experience with databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and Netezza.
  • Operate on HP-UNIX/LINUX and Windows Server environments.
  • Handle release management, process management, and administrator roles while supporting applications.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Requirements
  • 11+ years of development experience, bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Informatica, and batch operations.
  • Strong understanding of FACETS and experience in Healthcare domain.
  • Excellent project management and client interaction skills.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
