Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team with all requests and complete daily labor corrections in the labor management system.
  • Process daily and weekly PCWs (Performance Counseling Worksheet) and finalize and upload weekly incentive reports.
  • Complete daily labor templates and update building KPI reports, and enter new hires into the labor management system.
  • Organize and file team member labor performance reports and communicate with multiple building operation teams, HR, and union about labor data.
  • Audit labor letters for signature.
