Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tele Neurology Nurse to join our team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. As a Tele Neurology Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through telehealth services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth services to patients with neurological conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with neurologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with patients and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in a telehealth or neurological setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty.
