Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work or a related field, with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience. State-specific licensure is required, and certification as a Certified Alcoholism Counselor (CADC) or Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) is preferred. The successful candidate will have experience working with adults and adolescents, and be able to obtain information about and interpret information in terms of abuse and dependence.

1. Co-facilitate process groups daily
2. Provide weekly individual counseling to clients
3. Develop and implement treatment plans with client participation
4. Review treatment plans regularly with clients
5. Perform crisis intervention as needed
6. Provide patient and family education regarding addiction and relapse prevention techniques
7. Collaborate with other involved agencies
8. Identify concurrent mental health issues and make referrals as appropriate
