Job Title: Freelance Skin Health Expert

At Kate Somerville, we're on a mission to revolutionize the skincare industry with our California-born, Hollywood-endorsed transformative products. As a Freelance Skin Health Expert, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with clients to understand their skincare needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with store teams to create memorable experiences for clients
  • Develop and nurture relationships with retail partners to drive sales and growth
  • Educate clients and retail partners on Kate Somerville's brand heritage, product benefits, and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, retail partners, and the KS Team to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; licensed esthetician/cosmetologist a plus
  • Minimum 3 years beauty retail sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and providing excellent customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work effectively in both beauty specialty and department store environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Digitally savvy, with proficiency in mobile devices and computer applications
Compensation:

The expected pay range for this position is $25 to $32/hour, determined by factors such as experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This is a freelance, flexible part-time position, operating within a designated geographic territory, working in retail stores within retail hours 1-4 times a week.
