Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services, including interventions and evaluations.

Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
