Job Title: Nail Tech

At EMCO Glade Springs Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nail Tech to join our team. As a Nail Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our guests, ensuring a safe and clean work environment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nail care services, including manicures and pedicures, according to company standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including the nail care treatment room.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend regularly scheduled training and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest nail care techniques and products.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of services and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Board of Barbering and Cosmetology license or Nail Technician License required.
  • Two years of experience in the spa and/or nail care industry preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
