Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our brand, and driving sales.

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Brand Ambassador: Present our unique concept to new customers, highlighting the benefits of our fitness program.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk duties, including answering phones, responding to member inquiries, and processing transactions.
• Studio Tours: Provide guided tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and services.
• Membership Sales: Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, promoting our membership options.
• Customer Support: Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and activities to promote our studio and services.
• Personal Development: Take two Orangetheory classes per week to stay up-to-date with our program and services.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the studio are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
