Lead Our Team as Clinic Director

We are seeking a seasoned Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient clinic as Clinic Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, and oversee facility maintenance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key physicians and market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice
  • Lead a positive team through servant leadership, prioritizing the best interests of patients and staff
Requirements:
  • Terminal degree from an accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in the applicable state
  • Three plus years of experience as a therapist, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
  • Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
