Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the body shop's operations, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee estimating, billing, and financial record-keeping to maximize profitability.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to attend career fairs, visit customer shops, and develop business relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of vocational training in Collision Repair or a related field, and 2 years of work experience in a management role.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (Audatex, Mitchell, Truck Est, etc.), booking software (Smart Sheet, Lucid Chart, etc.), accounting software (Sage, Quicken, etc.), and office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with frame software (The Shark 360, Pro V, etc.) and a strong understanding of collision repair processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
