Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Dayton, OH
Hours: 37.50 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Dayton, OH. Whether working with a split caseload between pre-K and high school students with multiple disabilities or focusing on a K-6 caseload, you'll be instrumental in helping children achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student performance.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Ohio SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
