Server Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Yard House. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring that guests feel valued and well taken care of.
• Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
