Salary

The salary for this role is $275,000 - $350,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.

Job Description

This is a lead dentist role, managing clinical directors and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team, ensuring excellent quality of care, and adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and offering treatment planning options to patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, and we receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization. A passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ongoing education and professional development are essential for this position.
