About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our Healthcare Practice Team. As a clinical team member, you'll work in a practice designed from the ground up by veterinarians, equipped with advanced equipment and purpose-built technology to enable you to practice your best medicine and focus on patient and pet parent care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants in providing high-level, competent veterinary medical care.
  • Hold team members accountable for driving results, removing barriers, and facilitating change.
  • Implement policies and procedures, utilize integrated technology, and deliver consistent and appropriate medical care.
  • Perform physical examinations, diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures, and communicate with clients about patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
  • Lead, manage, develop, and mentor Associate Veterinarians to improve individual performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM, VMD) or equivalent.
  • Active State license in good standing, DEA license, and other state credentials as required.
  • 5+ years' experience in general medicine and surgery; 1-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Comfortable collaborating with other veterinary professionals and utilizing a team-oriented environment.
  • Passionate about helping people and pets with empathy and excellent customer service focus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $107,000.00 - $199,000.00, 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
