Position: Guest Service Team Member

Job Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest is greeted with warmth and receives outstanding service in line with our Hospitality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings and daily specials.
  • Process all transactions accurately, including takeout and catering orders.
  • Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hygiene standards.
  • Follow procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide support as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs and frequent lifting of items up to 20 lbs.
