Job Overview

We are a rapidly-growing rail maintenance company with over 50 years of experience in the industry.

Our Mandan, North Dakota facility has immediate openings for skilled railcar repair personnel.

Estimated Salary Range:

$23-$30 per hour, based on experience and skills assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn components on railcar equipment, including truck assembly, safety appliances, brake systems, wheels, and draft systems.

  • Diagnose and identify malfunctions
  • Inspect bearings, seals, gaskets, wheels, and coupler assemblies to determine if repairs are needed
  • Test and operate engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Clean units and components
Requirements and Qualifications:

We seek individuals with previous mechanic experience, preferably with hand tools proficiency.

  • Familiarity with welding is a plus
  • The ability to work hard and grow with our company
