Medical Director Position in a PACE Program

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our PACE program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight to a dedicated group of physicians and nurse practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee the clinical care provided by staff physicians and nurse practitioners, ensuring alignment with program goals and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Medical Director to review and improve clinical care activities and address program needs.
- Strategy Meetings: Participate in monthly strategy meetings to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Clinical Resource: Serve as a key clinical resource, providing guidance to staff and contributing to the development of clinical protocols and procedures.
- Team Environment: Maintain an active role in fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Work Schedule: Enjoy a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule with weekends free from work commitments.
Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Certification: Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
