About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an I-CCEW Fellow. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting strategic analysis, including due diligence, and recommendations for technology and business development projects for I-CCEW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist program directors in executing special student-focused events, including conferences, alumni events, and speaker series.
  • Contribute to the development of state-wide community programs, including international exchange programs, OKCoders, Wondergrants, and the Mine program.
  • Mentor teams of interns and fellows, OU faculty inventors, external business clients, and mentors across all consulting programs.
  • Support the intern and fellow application process, interviews, and selection across all state-wide programs.
  • Assist program directors with evaluation and identification/selection of future team leaders and performance development of interns and fellows.
  • Drive business development for startup activity and projects for I-CCEW teams by facilitating startup relationships to enhance university services.
  • Work closely with program directors and other departments to further I-CCEW and University objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12 months of office/clerical experience
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
  • General office skills, including phone, copying, faxing, filing, and handling mail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong preference for candidates familiar with the CCEW Program
