Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Estimator to join our team at Construction Execs. As a key member of our estimating team, you will play a crucial role in identifying suppliers, researching goods and services, processing purchase orders, and ensuring efficient delivery.

This role offers a perfect blend of office and field work, with a 50/50 split, allowing for a flexible schedule that respects your personal life. You will be instrumental in developing estimates, visiting sites, designing solutions, and driving business growth through effective estimating strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating detailed estimates and bids for renovation projects

Conducting site visits to gather information for existing building work

Designing customer-focused solutions to meet their needs

Leading the Pre-construction Process to ensure smooth project execution

Driving business growth through estimating practices and strategies

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Understanding of Construction Operations and building code regulations

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
