Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain reliable and punctual attendance, ensuring presence as scheduled.
  2. Effectively communicate essential information to relevant parties.
  3. Prepare meals in accordance with therapeutic dietary requirements.
  4. Adhere to standardized recipes as outlined in the menu.
  5. Organize meal preparation to align with departmental meal schedules.
  6. Comply with HACCP and Mesa County Health Department sanitation standards during food preparation.
  7. Execute additional tasks as requested by a Supervisor to ensure timely meal service.
  8. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

  1. High School Diploma, GED, or verification of current enrollment preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  2. Minimum age requirement of 16 years.

Licenses:

No professional license is required.

Certifications:

Must obtain a Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification within 60 days of hire.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $18.53.

Immunizations: Required for employment, including COVID-19.
